What Tanglewood Is (and Isn’t)
Tanglewood Curriculum is an educational resource, not a school. We do not issue diplomas, maintain student records, provide transcripts, or offer any form of accreditation. Families are responsible for complying with their local homeschool laws and maintaining any required documentation. We provide the curriculum; you provide the oversight and record-keeping as needed in your jurisdiction.

Is Tanglewood Completely Free?
Yes! No trials, subscriptions, or premium tiers. Everything is free, forever.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to browse and use the curriculum. In the future, we will add free accounts to track progress and save your place!
Can I use this if I’m new to homeschooling?
Absolutely! Tanglewood is designed to be approachable for beginners while comprehensive enough for experienced homeschoolers.
Do you offer lesson plans or do I need to create them myself?
All lesson plans are included. We’ve done all the planning so you don’t have to!
Can I print the materials to use offline?
To begin with, all curriculum with be digital and offered online only. We are considering creating printable offline versions in the future. Watch our blog for updates!
What grades and subjects are covered?
The plan is to provide a complete curriculum for Pre-K through 12th grade, covering all core subjects including language arts, math, science, social studies, and more.
Is this curriculum accredited?
No. Tanglewood is a curriculum resource, not a school. We do not provide accreditation, transcripts or diplomas. Families are responsible for meeting their state or country homeschool requirements.
What if my child is working at different grade levels in different subjects?
Our flexible format makes it easy to mix and match grade levels. Use 5th grade math and 3rd grade reading — whatever fits your child’s needs!
Is there a community or support system?
We’re working on building community features and will announce them on our blog when they become available.
